In the Arctic, a family of polar bears wakens beneath the first rays of spring sunlight. On the other side of the world, an elephant and her calf have to share the little available water with a proud pride of lions. In the last part of the voyage, we follow a humpback whale who has to protect her calf on a migration of 6,000 km to the Antartic.
